Ivaylo Petrov

Ivaylo Petrov is a co-founder of BULDE Ltd., he independently managed the company in the first years, creating the basis of what BULDE is today. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from the “D.A.Tsenov” Academy of Economics. Ivaylo (or Ivo as everyone calls him) has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, 10 of which, managing local (Bulgarian) TIER1 suppliers.

I believe that if you surround yourself with smart, energetic, and loyal people, you do not need to impose your own vision of the details in their daily lives. My number one value is motivated and committed people, with a very clear awareness that such people do not need guidance, but rather inspiration. This allows me to fulfill value number two, stable processes and happy customers.”
